Next you will need to complete the Potential Adopter Questionnaire.  This is a previsit questionnaire and is required to be completed and submitted in order to be considered for adoption. 

Please be aware that the Adoption Committee is currently 2 months behind in processing applications and cases.  Once we are able to review your application, you will be contacted to set up your virtual visit.
