Parrot ownership is a serious responsibility.  It is a LIPS policy that each person who adopts a bird is made aware of and accepts this commitment.  The adopter must be financially, mentally and physically capable of accepting such a significant role.

The following application has been designed to aid all involved in dertermining which parrot best fits your lifestyle.  Please answer all questions honestly and completely, including comments where prompted.   Any field with a red asterisk* is a required field.

Please note:  If you do not see the application on this page, this means adoption committee has reached its limit of 5 applications for this month.  The application will then become available on the 1st of the upcoming month.  You can then start the process at that time.
